• Your Public Profile: Any information you choose to display on your JamiiSpot profile is public. It is accessible to anyone who taps your card, scans your QR code, or finds your unique link via search engines like Google.
• Third-Party Vendors: We share necessary data with logistics partners to facilitate card shipping and with payment processors to handle transactions.
• No Data Sales: We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security

We implement standard administrative and technical safeguards, such as HTTPS enforcement and encrypted PII (Personally Identifiable Information) at rest, to protect your personal account data. However, users should remain mindful that the public profile section of the service is intended for public networking and broad discoverability.

Welcome to JamiiSpot, operated by FikraForge Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing a JamiiCard or accessing our digital profile platform via jamiispot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

JamiiSpot provides Near Field Communication and QR-enabled physical business cards ("JamiiCards") integrated with an online, SEO/AEO/GEO-optimized digital profile hosting platform. These tools are designed to transform your digital identity into a lead-generating asset and a gateway to a global community.

2. Fees, Hosting, and Payments

• Setup Fee: A one-time fee of TZS 45,000 is required for the initial production of the physical JamiiCard and account setup.
• Annual Hosting: An annual fee of TZS 12,000 is charged to maintain server hosting, profile updates, and platform features. Failure to pay the annual fee may result in the temporary suspension of your digital profile.
• All Sales Are Final: Because JamiiCards are highly customized physical products tied to your digital identity, we do not issue refunds once production has commenced.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

• Exclusion from Base Price: The base setup fee (TZS 45,000) covers card production and software activation only. It does not include shipping or delivery costs.
• Post-Purchase Arrangements: Upon receiving your order, our operations team will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery logistics and calculate shipping fees based on your location.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for paying the agreed-upon delivery charges before the physical card is dispatched. Disagreement or failure to coordinate delivery terms post-purchase does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the setup fee.

4. User Conduct & Content Visibility

• You are solely responsible for the content, links, and information you publish on your public JamiiSpot profile.
• You agree not to publish fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, or infringing material. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without a refund.
• By making your profile public, you acknowledge that search engines and AI models (SEO/AEO/GEO infrastructure) may index your public data.

5. Limitation of Liability

FikraForge Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our physical cards, server downtime, or the third-party delivery services used to transport your card.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
